Ever notice how people on this board come and go? I was looking through some stickys and saw a lot of familiar names that I don't see anymore. Then I started noticing how many have been banned, looking at join dates, and I realized that aside from Amhildreth (Mr. Mod) Splatttt and I are the two that have stuck around the longest. Wonder why that is?

Some of it is due to brand loyalty (or a lack thereof). Many players go through cycles where they have a great marker and support it like no tomorrow until either the "next big thing" comes along, or their favorite producer folds and/or conglomerates and their support moves to another brand. Burnout produces this as well, with many newer players only remaining in the sport for roughly 3 years.

I'm still here, I just keep quiet. The flurry of activity pretty much faded completely once AM folded, and I find that there aren't many questions or comments that need me to address them any more. My Illusion never has had a major problem that I couldn't easily diagnose and fix, so I don't need tech help. Most people have Diadem questions, which are better answered by Splattttttt and Co. who actually have the Dits. My personal efforts to improve publicity, advertising, and customer support are no longer needed, so that's why you don't hear me speaking up as often.
However, my company loyalty hasn't shifted.
EDIT: I think I need a new avatar though.

Don't know. Maybe he's out mowin' faces?
For awhile after AM went under I didn't want anything to do with any of my AM stuff, but now that I have accepted it I am ready and willing to play with it some more. I am looking for either a cheap Senti, or parts to put another one together. (bolt and cocking knob, valve body and set screw, performance sear.)
but...
now that I have my Mag back together with a warp and warp body coming in the mail...

How hard would it be to mill a Senti, make it resemble a turtle cocker, and putting a pump kit on it.
Check out these two threads.

hey, fry: i've got all the parts leftover from when i converted to a diadem (grip frame and contents, hammer, hammer cap, velocity adjuster, highpressure pin, everything) but you'd just need a bolt and an o-ring for the thing where a reg screws in on the diadem (had to use the same one for my diadem)
you could just use your diadem body and bolt...they're just the same

Yeah I actually got hurt at work so had to have surgery...it sucked. So I was back and this past weekend was the first one I got to go to the field. I still have not been released to play but now I can walk so I try to run my field again. My brother has been doing it hence the issue I have with my gun up there. I am going to buy an ion but I still love my "betsy" and will use her untill she poops out on me. Which I hope is never. By the way you guys should check out site www.apacheacrespaintball.com my email is there to so hit me up. I am Billy by the way. I will be back around now.

I had my Senti converted, now I have all these parts left over with a chrome teardrop (I posted a pic of it awhile back) and I need a few parts to finish it. I don't mind swapping the bolt, but I don't want to swap the valve body back and forth.
I like the Diadem but I like mechs too.

Can any one on this board help Apache out? He needs a new cup seal for the D-its (it's how Glen Palmer refers to it : p).

I talked to Laura some time ago, and it was something like $123 for the bolt and pin, valve body, performance sear, and drill and tap for detents. I know a guy who has a TS pro I could get for $75, so it's kind of a toss up :P

I don't think it is going anywhere, he had it during spring Castle and it was still there at pump. I am going to save some money and buy it at CCXX. Oh crap, that's next month!
