Kid plannin to steal guns at RNT,SP,ECE and ER

Today in school i overheard one of my friends talking to this kid about him gonna steal guns, I do believe he is capable of doing this from what he has done in school. He is about 5'10 with really big ears. and he wants me to take him so he can steal it.
