I have 2 Silver bullets at the pro shop that are leaking around the adjustment screw in the bottom of the reg. how do I fix that? Also when I shoot one of them, the gun turns itself off even with a new battery. Is the board fried or what?

i used to have one of these things, put some teflon on the screw and tighten it, and for the battery your either using crappy batteries or the grip screw closest to the solenoid is too tight, try loosening it a little otherwise the solenoid cant cycle.

ok, I put a crap-load of teflon tape on there and it is still leaking. Anything inside of this part that would have come loose or oring popped? Customer called today looking for it and now I still don't have an answer. What next. I haven't worked on any of these before.

Instead of tape, get the liquid stuff. I had the same problem and tried to use the tape. It took my like 4 or 5 times to get it to seal and I finally got it right. The liquid stuff seals a lot better than the tape.

u might have a o-ring broken in the regulator, but i doubt it. put the telfon tape tight on the screw. you shouldn't put to much on it.
if all fails i'll sell you the internals of my silver bullet reg for $10 shipped.

I e-maile psychoballistics and there is a "piston" that had to be pushed backed up. It was in the bottom of the regulator. Kinda have to use a oring pick to get in there and use it like a lever to pop it up into place.
I think the board is messed up on the other one. Told them about that one too and he said it is fried. Not good.
Buddy is trying to sell his silver bullet for $250. That is what he paid for it a year 1/2 ago. I saw them on 800paintball for $99.00. Like that will ever happen.

ROFLMAO, that will never happen. He paied that much? Does he have sucker tattooed on his forehead? In the fall 2003 catalog from 888paintball it was listed for only $169.

oops. I forgot to mention that he also got a mask, tank, hopper, and something else for that price. But he wants to get $250 for everything still. We have told him he's smokin' crack if he wants to get that price.
