Whith any good inline regulator(Stab if running co2) you could run al low as 250psi. Don't actually own one(but I wish I did)so I can't tell you what main spring to use for an lp set up, most likely a soft one.

ty for the reply. I got a hp tank and the reg is reading 800psi is this too high that reading is telling you how many pounds of pressure for every square inch is left. It'll either be a 3,500 psi to 5,000 psi max, the latter is considered the standard for a max fill at corrent times in the sport. Preset out put pressures from a tank reg are set at the factories to either 800-850psi out put to as low as 450psi out puts. Adjustable tank reg equipped settings are set manually by a user in what's known as double regging. Takes some of the excess labor off an inline, slightly better flow, and might even help with efficiancy, though I'm not 100% sure on it.

Speaking of getting things from action markers, how do I get new o-rings for the vari-grip feed neck? Do I have to get them from action markers or can I just pick them up from a hardware store? (If so, what type are they?)

I'd hit ACE up for that imo.
