fields near Charlotte NC

im visiting my friend down in NC and am looking for a field near Mount Holly, Concord, or Huntersville. he lives about 20min outside of charlotte close to Mount Holly. i found Metrolina paintball which is about 30min from him and was wondering if thats a good place?

I've never played at metrolina pb but I've been by there, from what I've seen of it its mostly a wooded field. you could try CJ's Paintball (http://www.cjspaintball.com) its located outside of Matthews. But its kinda of a trip from Mount Holly but if you don't mind going to far you could also check out The Paintball Spot (http://www.paintballspot.com) in Rock Hill, SC. Thats about all I know of...anybody else know of anything in the Charlotte Area...I'd love to know about it too.

i looked at metrolinas site and they seem to be good. im still looking for a closer place tho because transportation is an issue, so the closer the better

It's been a while since I been upnorth, How big has paintball grown since in the N.C area ?

well im not sure how to compare it to paintball in the south but in my area its fairly big. theres not to many fields near me, but theres alot about an hour away in the mountains (i live in PA)

cjs is the best in the area i think.... i was there today.
