Pev’s is in the process of building a new paintball park in northern Virginia. The land has already been purchased and the designs have been completed. This is raw land and is being built specifically for paintball. The new site is located on Route 15, eight miles north of I66 and four miles south of Route 50 at Gilberts Corner. The property is adjacent to Route 15 which means it can be seen from this major roadway. The property is also adjacent to the Prince William County line which means you can stand one foot in Prince William and one foot in Loudoun County. Only 12 miles from the Pev’s Manassas location, 19 miles from the Pev’s Fairfax, 17 miles from Pev’s Sterling, 39 miles from Pev’s Rockville, 33 miles from Pev’s Woodbridge, and 12 miles south from the Pev’s @ AG location. This new park can be accessed from major roads and no more worrying about crossing flooded creeks and gravel roads full of pot holes.
The old site, Pev’s @ AG will be closed by summer of 2006 because the land was sold to a developer. For the past year, since July 2004, Pev has been working on this project. He has spent numerous months working with Engineers, Architects, and Loudoun County to get approval for the park. Once Pev received zoning approval, he purchased the land and is moving forward with the project. Because the Pev’s @ AG site was leased, they were limited on improvements that were allowed. Now that Pev’s owns’ the site, they will be able to make this the premier park on the East Coast. The new site is expected to be open by spring 2006 or sooner.
The features of the new site will include the following:
An on-site full size, completely stocked, Pro Shop
Separate Men’s & Ladies Rooms with running water
Concessions stand offering more than just hot dogs and drinks
8 full size, netted, arena fields with air bunkers
8 scenario fields which includes; forts, towers, castles, military props, and more
2 lighted arena fields for night time play
Bleachers at 3 arena fields for spectators
4 covered pavilions for staging
4 dedicated Birthday fields
Parking for 300+ cars
Grass Amphitheater seating area w / stage for special events and game watching
At this new park, the entire facility will be completely managed and operated by the Pev’s Management Team.
