I got scammed by krackonkrack

he said his name was like kevin do he lives in san jose cali the street name was kingspark drive. doesnt anyone no of him cuz i sent him my cobalt dm4 and he recieved it then told me he sent mine ups got insurance but no tracking number. tracking numbers always come w/ ups and he cant claim insurance withought it. so after a while i still didnt recieve it so he sais he called in and all they did was take his name. so if anyone can help me out i really need my gun back hes already caused me to miss two tournys so if anyone can get my gun back from him i have some money laying around that i would be willing to give for my gun.

retype it with no spelling errors. i couldnt understand a word u said. why were u shipping 1st anyways when u didnt know his full name, phone number, ect. u r a 2k3er, unless that guy registered befor u he should have been shipping first. hope u find your gun.

Hahahah, thats not as stupid as this one guy though. He pm's me. Saying he wants to trade like a "couple" cell phones and this one autococker. (exact words)

He makes up a cell phone, and says if he can find his other ones he will give them to me. Im like, ... He is rushing me like crazy, say we ship same time. I'm still like ... He tells me its a cocker with crazy ups. Doesn't tell me the ups. I ask him for them, he is like what do you want me to tell you?

I just stopped talking to him.

thats his house adress but i finaly talked to him and hes suposed to send it back but ya nextgenmachine thats exactly right he told me he had a tourny this weekend so i needed to send it 2nd day i figured id do it since i THOUGHT i was goin to get a dm5 out of it but i threatened his enough and he suposed to be sending my gun back. i dont have any pics right now but its all cobalt and had a black all american and there are some melted spots on the sticky where i tried to sodder it lol but i think threatening to send family mebers in cali down there got to him ill keep posting when i hear from him
