Silver bullet lcd board problem

My silver bullet board isnt really working too well. I put a fresh battery in, turn it on, but after 2 seconds, it dies away. (the lcd, not the battery) Yes, the battery is 100% new, and no, the lcd isnt broken. Anyone have any ideas about whats happening? and is it possible to get a stock replacement board if i cant fix it?
