What's better? Icon LED or ICON E?

The title says it all..... what's better? What are the differences? Someone told me that the led had a shorter barrel? Let me know guys.

He asked why I stated the Icon E is better than the Icon LED. The answer is that the Icon E's electronics are more reliable than the Icon LED. There was no mention of non-electronic guns. I do have a clue as to what I'm talking about because I am the repair manager at NPS, we make and fix the Icons. And you have nothing to do with this thread, so shut the hell up. Oic..... so the only differences are the electronics...... I'm guessing the dip switches on the E are just "tougher" than the push button on the LED...

Does one perform better than the other? any differences in the gun beside electronics and the length of the bolts?

not necessarily the dip switches versus buttons, just the fact that the LEDs seem to always be trouble, but the Es just hold up better. They both shoot identical, just styled a little different, like the bolts and the grip panels.

When you said that "electronics are more reliable" I thought you meant that electronic markers are more reliable. I didnt think you meant that the Icon E's "electronics are more reliable". Be more specific next time and you wont get flamed.

Not trying to flame or anything but Icons arent very good guns. I owned a previous moel of the icons, a rebel extreme electronic and the electronics in it suck. The gun is not very durable at all. I would go with and imagine or something of that sort. **My two cents**

i only shot a icon z and i hated it so....i don't know a lot about icon personally. but i think most blowbacks are basically the same.

i own an led and its awesome i hate ppl who trash it but i like it. if u get a tboard with vision a new bolt, grips trigger and switch it can be orgasmic. i like the anno on the e's but the body's the samer and i find the led is great and very convenient when switching modes

I own an ICON E, and for the 6 months that I've owned it, I like it a lot. The dip switches kinda suck....a little hard to get to, but I leave mines on the single shot. I can shoot faster on single shot than on fully auto. For a little over a hundred bucks....this marker is a bargain. I've changed the barrel to a SMART PARTS ALL AMERICAN, Superfly bolt, and an electronic hopper....it's a champ. It is as good as some really expensive markers.....but you know what, it's all on the player most of the time...not the gun. :P

i totally agree with you on that......
I have an LED and it seems to be a decent gun.... i've done a ton of mods to mine
and people at the field always try to second guess what kind of gun i have.
