how do you turn cap off?

ok so i was wondering how you turn your bps cap off, because my friends came with his cap off and mine came with mine capped at 15 bps.

They should all come with the cap on for both PSP and XPL modes.
Flaxshing green is the Rate Of Fire (ROF). Go to program mode and up it to 25+ and it will shoot as fast as the eye can see, also set orange to 3 so it monitors the bolt or you may have breaks.
BE CAREFUL! that rate of fire can knock another players mask off and then they could be blinded. Don't give a newbie that gun in that mode because the person he's most likely to blind is you!
