Thursday's days class will be about Diet .
DIET :
Now lots of people will say staying away from fatty, greasy foods is the way to go . They might even say to not to eat anything fried at all. Well those of you who know me know that I am on a strict diet that enhances my athleticism . I only eat fried chicken tenders , seriously . I dont eat red meat , pasta , pizza , hamburgers etc ... only chicken fingers every meal , every day . I skip breakfast usually because its pointless and has no nutritional value. Where do I get the best chicken tenders you ask ? Well if you have time to sit down , you'll find em at Chili's Bar & Grill. If you're on the run you'll want to hit Zaxby's or Burgerking for a quick pick me up before playing .

What to Expect :
enhanced speed and agility .
enhanced problem solving skills.
super hot good looks.

Side Effects:
possible acne , Itis ,and diarrhea . If problems persist sacrifice first
born. (small price to pay )

as anyone on our team will tell you, reverand holliday speaks the truth. he ONLY eats chicken tenders. no sauce. this means no honey mustard. no ranch. no ketchup. nothing. he only and i mean ONLY eats chicken tenders. if you look in his freezer you will find chicken tenders. usually of the dino shaped variety. no those are not because of his young child. those are for him. he is not known for sharing.

one more thing . . . if you fall off the bleachers and die . . . he will laugh.

At chilis they ar called chicken crispers or bonless buffalo wings they dont have regular chicken tenders the crispers are similar but the dont have such a heavy texture there more flacky(sp)
